The Kitchen at Siljangade
The Kitchen at Siljangade is a social and environmentally conscious eatery built on a foundation of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients along with our principle of less is more. We prioritise the use of less ingredients and have a clear focus on flavour, quality and freshness to keep our diners healthy, happy and stimulated.
In The Kitchen you will meet the two chefs, Anna-Carina Mullins and Julia Prokopenko, who aim to always welcome you and your hunger.
Every weekday we serve a variety of rich, seasonal and colourful salads with different sides and toppings. On Wednesdays we have a concept called “World Wednesday” which is a tribute to a food culture. A hot dish from the chosen country is served alongside with stories, traditional music and playfulness. We strive to make everything ourselves with lots of passion and respect for food.
Along with our in-house vertical farm, Nabo Farm, we strive to creatae the best possible food experience for our residents and guests at Siljangade.

Damn Good Coffee Company
Damn Good Coffee Company are on a mission to change the coffee industry. As the world’s second most traded commodity, the waste from coffee consumption is one the major contributors to the trillion ton CO2 problem from the food and beverage category.
They are creating a sustainable system that makes it easy to turn coffee net zero at scale, through a combination of reduction and off-set. So far they have reduced almost 20% of the total carbon footprint from coffee, but we are only getting started.

Økoskabet
Økoskabet is the new CO2 friendly way to deliver food in the city. Økoskabet connects farmers and producers directly to the end customer with fresh goods.
From September you will be able to have food delivered directly from farmers at our very own Økoskab at the ground floor when ordering at https://www.okoskabet.dk/
