All Studios are design to be used as an office, a home or a combination. All Studio units are unfurnished and come with both private bathroom and private kitchen as well as access to all our shared facilities (all inclusive*).
There are five categories of Studios to choose from.
Studio Standard
9.900 - 10.700 dkk
Located on the first to the fourth floor and range from 48-54 m2 gross.
All Studios are more or less the same. They vary in terms of floor and views of either Amagerbro or Kløvermarken.

91 Studios are of this type.
Studio Spacious
11.500 - 12.500 dkk
Located on all floors and ranges from 52-63m2 gross.
Studio Spacious are the bigger alternative and provide you with more space. They vary in terms of shape, size, floor and view of either Amagerbro or Kløvermarken.

31 Studios are of this type.
Studio Terrace
14.500 dkk
Located on the fourth floor and range from 58-65 m2 gross.
Studio Terrace are all bigger in terms of size and are providing you with a big private terrace overlooking Kløvermarken or Amagerbro.

Studio Patio

Located on the ground floor and range from 60-86 m2 gross.
Studio Patio are all different in terms of form and size, which is reflected in the price. What they all have in common is a private, peaceful and quiet patio.

Studio Supreme

Studio Supreme are just that something ekstra. They are located either on 1st till to 4th floor, which are reflected in the prices.

At Siljangade, every amenity is included in the rent - at your convenience.
*Only thing not included in the rent is utilities, which is on account DKK 500, plus a 85 kroner a month fee for high speed internet .
There is a total of five different Studio categories at Siljangade.

We have a partnership with A Place To Call Home, which is an all-in-one furniture rental company.
By offering a wide range of products including furniture, home appliances and electronics, A Place To Call Home can meet various budget and taste. You can choose between different furniture packages, which all include assistance from an interior designer, installation, removing and transport.
