When does Siljangade open?

You are always welcome to drop by and experience Siljangade Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 15:00.

The Kitchen is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 14:00 and serves food, coffee and cold drinks.

What does co-living & co-working mean at Siljangade?

Co-living is a new way of living together. You get the perfect combination of privacy and community at Siljangade. You can live or work in your private Studio while having access to a lot of shared facilities.

You can use the private Studio as a place to work, live or even combine it. All Studios can be used as a workspace and can fit multiple workstations. No matter if you use a Studio as a place to work or live it always comes with a private kitchen and bathroom.

Working or living at Siljangade will give you free access to all of the shared facilities like gym, lounge, office and meeting rooms, rooftop terrace and our social and environmentally conscious bakery café SKJULT!.

Siljangade will bring together a community of small, local companies, startups, entrepreneurs, young professionals, and changemakers seeking an active and supportive community in a creative environment. To support the community and knowledge sharing at Siljangade, we are hosting networking and social events on a regular basis.

What is the price for a Studio?

At Siljangade we offer Studios from 9.900 DKK per month. We offer 5 types of Studios ranging from 48 to 86 m2 that can be used as an office, a home or anything in between.

Are the Studios furnished?

The Studios are not furnished.

However, we have a partnership with A Place To Call Home, which is an all-in-one furniture rental company.

ECONOMY PACKAGE 1.850 DKK + tax / month

Economy Package is recommended for studios in size 48-54 m2

BUSINESS PACKAGE 2.850 DKK + tax / month

Business Package is recommended for studios in size 58-86 m2

Can I park at Siljangade?

You can rent a parking space or have paying visitors in our own underground parking area.

Is Siljangade sustainable?

Yes- we started by re-using the existing building frame, saving likely 80% of CO2 in construction and took a sustainable approach to our operations, e.g., running the whole building on solar powered electricity. Our building is DGNB Gold certified

What's in the gym?

The gym is placed on the ground floor and comes fully equipped. You can lift, run, stretch, squat, box, yoga and everything in between.

Is food included?

Not in the rent - but it is in the building. On the ground floor we have the SKJULT! Bakery Café where our chef prepares delicious pastries, snacks, lunch and coffee. So your office lunch is secured. SKJULT! is also open to outside guests during opening hours.

How long can I be located at Siljangade?

As long as you want to.

What is included in the rent?

Everything - including access to our ground floor workspaces, cafe, meeting rooms, gym and and other cool functions. The only thing that is not included in your rent is WiFi and your unit consumption of heating, water, and electrity, which we measure and collect separately from you.
